Depending on the services and features offered on our website www.groupe-stars.fr, STARS is required to collect personal data that concerns you.

The data collected by STARS mainly includes:

STARS has carefully chosen its subcontractors and contractually defines the terms and conditions for processing your personal data in accordance with the applicable personal data legislation.

9.1 Your rights over your personal data

In the course of processing your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access 

You have a right of access to personal data concerning you. You can therefore request a copy of personal data held by STARS.

In case of abuse or an unjustified request, STARS will be in entitled to charge a fee for your request.

  • Right to rectification

In case of an error in your personal data, you can request changes from our services.

  • Right to erasure

You can request that your data be deleted if you are in one of the following cases:

  • Your data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed

  • You have withdrawn your consent

  • The processing of your data is illegal

  • You have opposed the processing of your data and STARS has no legitimate or compelling reason not to follow suit

  • Your data must be erased to meet a legal requirement

However, STARS may refuse your request for erasure in certain specific cases, particularly when your data must be retained for legal reasons.

  • Right to restriction of processing

You may ask us to freeze the use of your personal data while we review your requests.

You may also ask us to restrict certain data in the case that we want to delete it.
